Hi,
We have a support partner who manages our WP environment and they need to do a manual update of the theme but when I log into the account then downloads as per the help article, the latest version doesn’t appear to be there.

When adding the registration details of SMTGLOW@Educationscotland.gsi.gov.uk and Order #1196 to do the update through the admin console we get “Update Failed: Download failed. Forbidden”

You need to register your theme first, then you’ll be able to get a update.
