Map feature isn't working

Hello, I’m trying to set the map on my contact page but it isn’t working.

I did what you say, I followed every step and still not working. In the video, there is an “open editor” bottom which I can’t find on my page, moreover, the map is not working, the same, I followed the steps shown in the video and I still having problems with it. Thanks
