Media Library

Hi Team,
I’ve lost access to the media in my media library. I can see the media is still there as I can see it in the “file” format but not in “grid” format. This has happened only since I upgraded to Pro. I still can add media and it will appear in file but not in grid and will not appear on the selected page.

Hello there!

It’s most likely you have a conflict with some of the plugins you have activated, so I suggest you check the plugins first.
Deactivate ALL plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

If this solution doesn’t work, please give me your WP credentials in the private reply(check the “set as private reply” checkbox below the post) so I can check the problem by myself.

I did as you suggested and there appears to be a conflict with ‘Huge IT Slider’. This has now been deactivated to see if there are any further issues. If no others, I will delete from Plug ins
