Migration of Agama Free to Agama Pro NOT WORKING

I downloaded Agama Pro. Added required plugins. Migration started without me asking but nothing came through to the new theme, nothing. Purchase was properly registered and suport active.

I had to go back to the Agama free theme in order to have website visible. Please advise.

You can migrate your website from the Agama (Free) to the Agama-Pro theme, following the next video guide:

Depending on the setting of your site, it may sometimes happen that during migration, not all of the settings have been properly migrated.
Typically these are minor tweaks, which can be completed within a few minutes.

Also, if you need help with the migration, we can move your web site from Agama to Agama-Pro for you, so you do not have to worry about the migration (you will not lose anything you have ).

In that case, we will need your WP admin username/ password, in the private reply.(Check the “Set as private reply ” checkbox below the post)

I saw the video, cant do it because the Theme Vision plugin section ‘migration’ says “Migration is already processed by someone.” There is no way to start a new one or redoit. Will send a private reply.
