Missing backgroundcolour of closed mobile navigation

Hi,

I set in the customizer a backgroundcolour for the mobile navigation. When the navigation is closed the backgroundcolour is jumping to white. The selected colour only appears when I open the navigation. The colour should also stay when the navigation is closed. Why is it jumping to white? Can you help me with this problem?
