Missing the Visual Composer plugin

Hello
I recently purchased the agama pro version, and I knew something seemed to be missing because I didn’t have features to customize as I wanted. At first, I thought I missed something when reading the details of the theme, then I did some checking in my WP and yup I am missing Visual Composer. It did come with the theme I purchased didn’t? If so, how do I go about getting it without having to pay for it from their site 60.00 for the plugin?
