ParticipantHi
All of the menus work on a computer but not on mobile phones, have tried different models and browsers. I have tried deactivating all of the plugins but the menus still don’t work.
I tried switching back to the free version of Agama and that fixed the problem. The website is: https://rm2.remuscoin.com
Any ideas on how to resolve this problem will be appreciated.
Cheers

ModeratorHello Mike!
I tested your website and didn’t find the issue you described.
Do you still have a problem, or have you solved it in the meantime?

ParticipantHi
I just tested the site with a Samsung Galaxy 7 and couldn’t get the menus to work. I flipped the theme back to the Agama free version, set all customization settings except for the revolution slide as close to those as Agama Pro as I could, and the menus worked.
Tried removing the slider but this didn’t make any difference.Could it be something with the mobile menu settings?
Cheers

ParticipantHi
Just as a further update, I tried to move another site which uses Agama free version over to Agama Pro. Installed and activated Agama Pro, ran the ‘migrate’ option and on the computer the site was fine, on the mobile the menus didn’t work!!
I didn’t install any of the additional plugins except for Visual.
Went back to the free version and everything works!
Cheers

ParticipantHi
We have now tried using six different phones and in all cases when we use Chrome the problem occurs. If we try a different browser on the same phone it works so it appears that the problem is restricted to Chrome.
If we hold the menu item down, so that the options box comes up, the path to the page is correct and we can open the page using ‘incognito’ but not with ‘open in a new tab’. Looks like an issue with Chrome extensions?

ModeratorHi Mike!
I looked at the theme settings on your site, and I did not discover any problem in the work of the theme.
Since on my side the problem does not appear, it’s possible that the problem is with your Chrome browser settings or a conflict with some activated extension. To verify this, try to deactivate any additional extensions and check again.Regards

ParticipantHi
We have tried around 12 phones now and it’s pretty much a 100% failure rate with Samsung phones using the Chrome browser. If we switch to Samsung Internet browser it works fine. If it’s a conflict with an extension it must be a default setting on every phone 🙁
The menus appear, turn to the hover colour (red) when pressed but the pages don’t open. Only if we wait for the box with options to appear and then select ‘incognito’ can we open the pages.
We are going to create a new site with no plugins, just the theme installed to see if we have the same issue. What is the main difference between the mobile menu in Agama Pro as opposed to Agama Free version as it all works in the free version?
Cheers
