everytime i try to register the product with my order number and email it wont let and is saying it is inccorect, as well as when i try to update. it’ll say that is forbidden

Also, check twice the inserted data. (It’s a common mistake that the customers insert the empty space before the e-mail or the ID)
also, the order ID needs to be inserted without the hashtag…
If you are sure that is no the case, then It’s most likely your hosting provider is blocking your website from being registered via the theme.vision host…
In that case, you will need to contact your hosting provider to enable PHP cURL connections to remote websites.
The theme version 1.5.0 isn’t released yet. Once when we release it you will see the pending update in your WordPress dashboard but in order to be able to update you will need first to register your theme.
Without the registration, the automatic update won’t work
