    Hi there,

I seem to have a problem with the navigation menu links in Agama Pro on mobile.
When clicking on a link in the navigation menu on mobile.
The new page opens, but you are half way down the page, instead of the top of the new page where the navigation menu, photo and title is.

Is this normal and can it be changed somewhere.
I tried using anchors on the page, but to no avail (still below navigation and photo).

    kind regards,
    Mark Roberts

    Hello, Mark!

I need an address to your website to check the issue directly.

    Thanks

    Hi again Zex,

Here below is the link to the site.

    Home

I also noticed it’s only on mobile devices, it doesn’t occur on desktop even when I resize my window to a mobile size.

    Hello Mark!

    Everything is normal for me.

I tried to open your site on multiple mobile devices and various web browsers, and I have not encountered the problem you are describing.

Which phone/ browser you are using?

    Regards

    Hi Zex,

I’m using an iPhone 5 and tested with safari and google browsers.

I deleted all the history and cache in my iphone safari preferences and also reset the cache on the WP admin backend, but this has no effect.

I have checked it on other phones and the site works correctly without any problems, so its either my iPhone or iPhone 5 in general.

I haven’t checked a lot of phones as there are so many about nowadays, but so far it’s only iPhone 5
Tested OK on phones that I know of: Xiaomi redmi, Iphone 7, 8

Maybe it’s just a glitch on my phone (need to get a new one :-).

    Hi Mark!

You may have an older version of Safari Browser, or simply, as you said, the problem may be in the device itself. Anyway, I do not think it’s a problem in the theme, so marking the thread as resolved.

    Best Regards

    Hi again Zex,

I still have a problem with the navigation menu links in Agama Pro on mobile again.
When clicking on a link in the navigation menu on mobile the new page opens, but you are half way down the page, instead of the top of the new page where the navigation menu, photo and title is.

I’m using an iPhone 7 and tested with safari and google browsers.
Same problem with iphone 5 and 8

I also have other WP websites, and all using the Agama theme have the same problem

I deleted all the history and cache in my iphone safari preferences and also reset the cache on the WP admin backend, but this has no effect.

I have checked it on other phones and the site works correctly without any problems, so its iPhone in general.

    Kind egards,
    Mark Roberts
