Particles not working on Agama Pro (renders fine on regular Agama)

Hello,

I am new to Word Press and just upgraded from Agama to Agama Pro. It looks like the particles banner is no longer rendering on Agama Pro despite it being enabled. Could you please help me enable it?

Hello, David!

There is an Agama options meta box located on the very bottom of every post/page from where you can enable/disable the particles per post/page.

Also, there is a lot of other customization you can do per post /page e.t.c. Insert the custom Logo, Header image, Header style, enable/disable the Slider, Breadcrumb…

The particles are enabled on every page, yet they’re still not rendering. They render correctly when I’m using regular Agama, but not Agama Pro.

I have visited your website and didn’t find any problem with the particles.

The particles work with the Agama Slider and Header image only, so I have inserted the test Header image and Slider to check the particles…

Now you can disable the slider from the Agama options meta box if you don’t need it,
same for the Heder image, you can disable it from Customizing->Header->Header Image menu, https://prnt.sc/rtdrl6
or from the agama meta box.

PS. When you purchased the Agama-Pro theme, you got a completely new theme, so the Agama-Pro theme is separated from the free and it’s independent.
Your Free theme remains untouched, so if you want, you can switch to it anytime you want.

There is a migration tool to migrate your settings from free to Pro theme if you need it.https://prnt.sc/rtdwil
