I tried to fix the image resolution issue (if that was the problem) by adding the custom CSS code.

If you want to send the screenshots, I suggest you use the “Lightshot“.
then Upload your screenshot and give us the link.

Also, there is a “Lightshot” extension for Chrome and Firefox browser>

One is JPG file and 2nd is BMP file. JPG is loaded on theme but showing as BMP file.

The image was too large and caused a problem with rendering. so I optimized it for the web and now it looks right.
