Preview of site blank manila color screen…

When either in customize mode or just trying to view the front end of my site it only shows a plain manila color screen and if in customize mode I can see the side menu of customization options but the preview of my site on the right side is also a blank manila screen.
This only happened after I installed and activated the Agama Pro theme.
Please let me know if you can find the initial cause.
