Problem after update to 1.4.9.2 – text below header image moves when scrolling

I am just setting up my page. Yesterday everything worked fine. Today I updated to the new version and before I did any other changes there is a huge problem when scrolling down on any page.
When opening the page everything looks fine. There is “normal” (little) distance between the header image and the headline. Once I start scrolling down there is suddenly a huge empty space between the header image and the headline.
I already tried to have the logo not reduce the size – but no difference.
I published the theme again and republished the startpage – problem still exists.
I tried with Chrome and Firefox (box on macOS 10.13)

I just found this part in the source of the page. That seems to be the reason. What does it do?

Unfortunately, we have found that the problem is in the theme … We are preparing a quick bug-fix update in the next 2-3 hours.

Ok – while you have anyway the login data and looking at it. I found a second issue which I am not sure if it is also part of the theme or if I did something wrong. Maybe you can look at it and see it needs also a fix in the new update?
I added a Desktop Logo and a mobile logo. However on my iPhone 6s always the Desktop logo is displayed. I tried an alternative browser and still the same – so it can’t be a local caching issue.
