If the problem came up recently, try to remember what you did before it happened (Have you installed or activated the plugin(s) or updated something recently? …)

If you want to check for a plug-in conflict, simply deactivate all plug-ins and check for options that don’t work. If everything works now, activate the plugins one by one until the problem reappears, on that way you can find the problematic plugin(s) if any.
