Problems with IE

I’ve got a big problem with the Agama Pro Theme running on IE. The theme automatically uses IE v.7!!!I have to chance this manually each time starting the theme. Chrome and firefox are fine with Agama Pro. I*ve already deactivaded all plug-ins. Same result, it doesn’t work. Please help!

It should not be a theme problem.
Have you tried if this happens when you switch to the default WordPress theme?
I can not even reach your site to check it out …(your server does not respond)
Have you any som security plugins enabled?

Unfortunately, I can not help you, as long as I can not access your site.
Have you tried to temporarily activate some of default WordPress theme?

Internet Explorer (IE) is no longer in use on newest Windows systems, as you already know the IE is officially stopped to be supported from Microsoft since they made a new “better” browser called “Edge” which is much better than IE itself.
IE is in use only by 2.95% of all internet browsers so it’s really small amount of people using it and it will soon be only history.
We have stopped adding IE support in our themes so that’s could be a reason you have some issues with it.
I encourage you to start using newest much modern and faster browsers like Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

It doesn’t matter, which browser I use for myself. Nearly 20 % of our clients and prospects are still using IE.
And as long as Windows 7 is supported in Germany, IE will still be in use. (approx. 5-6 years)
During the complete purchasing process on your website it is not mentioned at any point that you have stopped adding IE support for your themes, therefore I bought a useless one for our purposes.
I kindly ask you to remit the purchase price within 7 days to my paypal account.

one of our programmers could solve the problem by changing some information in the header.
If another user should have got the same problem: don’t hesitate to ask me 😉
After the problem is resolved, we continue to use Agama Pro.

First of all i apologize if my above statement about IE disturbed you. We are here to assist our clients with issues so we are also ready to help you wit IE issues but i’m glad that your programmers already resolved issue.
I think they just changed header meta compatibility tag but i may be wrong.
