problems with portfolio

Hello everyone!
I am creating my website with Agama Pro but I have several problems with my portfolio page. I have followed all the instructions provided by the video tutorial; the portfolio page works but not properly.

1) the portfolio navigation filter is hidden by the portfolio items. It is like they overlap. There are a couple of similar topics in the blog but unfortunately they are useless to me. All the category names are written with no blank spaces between the words.

2)when I upload the featured images, they seem to be right, but once I preview them or I see them in the portfolio page, they are always cut on all the four sides, it doesn’t matters the canvas size of the images. I don’t understand the reason…

All the rest is working.
The site is under construction so I set up a maintenance page. If you need to visit the site to understand the problem, I have to send you the user name and password privately.

Hi Michele,

Sorry for the late answer.(We only deal with emergency cases on weekends).

From the post you wrote, I can assume you have a conflict with some of the 3d part plugins that are activated. Please first try to deactivate ALL plugins(except vision-core), and check if the problem has been corrected.
If you conclude that everything works fine after that, activate the plugins one by one, until the problem reoccurs again, so you will know which plugin causes the problem.
If you have tried this, and the problem still exists, please give me your domain name and WP login credentials in private reply (check the “Set as private reply” checkbox below the post) so that I can check what is happening directly on your site.

Hello Michele,

1) I have resolved issue with portfolio navigation filter.

2) Portfolio featured images are set to be cropped at 800×600 pixels but images should not be cut-off, only reduced in size… i need to check this and prepare some minor update for portfolio images.

Thanx Zex! I just got the info that the server Im working on (of my school) is locked for some reason… I’ll try to fix as much as I can with this 🙂 I’m moving the site in june, so maybe then we can take another look if it still doesn’t work. Thanks again!
