Please explain to me a bit more in detail.

I suppose you mean a short extract from your post on the blog loop page.(Excerpt)

If that is the case, to set posts excerpt length, go to Customizing ▸ Blog ▸ General menu and adjust the Excerpt length using the Excerpt slider.

You can even create a custom excerpt following the next steps:

1. Create a new post or edit an existing one.

2. On the post edit screen, click on the screen options tab on the top right and then select excerpt.

3. This will display an excerpt meta box below your post editor. You can now add any text in this box, and it will be used as the excerpt for the post.

me refiero al catalogo de productos, salga debajo de la imagen del producto una pequeña descripción o toda la descripción corta (la descripción corta del producto)

I mean the product catalog, leave under the product image a short description or the whole short description (the short description of the product)

I think I understand now.

In that case, go to:
Dashboard->Woocommerce->Products, then edit your product and insert the product description in the “Product short description” Metabox.

If you don’t see the “Product short description” meta box, on the product edit screen, click on the screen options tab on the top right and then select the Product short description checkbox.

Hello @trotter,

Unfortunately it is not possible to add product short description below product image on products loop page.

The short description for product is only for single product pages and not for products loop page and that’s by WooCommerce standards.

It could be possible only if you hire someone and customize proper WooCommerce template file and add your own function for that case.
