    Hello Jerry and others helpers

    I can´t register my version and updating the new version.

    Came this message:

    Invalid email or order id. Please correct details and try again.

    I alread tried in Agama Pro and Agama Pro Child. Nome of both didn´t work.

    Can anyone help me, please?

    Please give us more information.

    Have you carefully followed the registration steps?

    Product Registration

    NOTE: Vision Core plugin must be installed first.
    Without Vision Core plugin you cannot even register your product.

    Hi Zex,

    I already instaled the vision core.
    And follow all the process in documentation for register and update.

    But gives the same message error

    It would be good if you create a temporary admin user/pass for us so we can check directly on your website what’s going on.

    Hello Vinil,

    Thanks on your patience.

    I have resolved the issue with theme registration, there was small bug in our system license validation but i have resolved it now and your theme is properly registered and updated to the latest version of 1.3.7.7.

    I have activated you Agama Pro Child theme and you will see pending update for theme in admin dashboard but the message is false positive so you do not need to proceed with update since theme is already updated to the latest version.

    I’m preparing quick bug fix for Vision Core plugin so this false positive message for theme update will be fixed.

    Now, I got it other problem, but now is in the design, but I think that probably will be necessary go to the code, since i didn´t find in the options interfaces.

    – The space in between the itens in the menu is large. There is a possibilitity to decrease how there was before the update? the objective is all itens came in one line with the logo?

    Hello,

    Please share some screens of the issue you have since i cannot figure out what exactly is the problem.

    If you want menu and the Logo in one line , just open Customizer Dashboard->Apperance->customize
    then in customizer , open Header->Header General menu
    and choose Header V2, from “header style” drop down menu.

    I think that resolve the problem, decreasing the itens in the menu.

    For now it is resolve.

    Did you have a problem with the update, or with the menu?

    You have a problem with the PHP cURL, and that must be fixed by your hosting provider.
