Register Product Issue

Hello, i need help registering my product. After installing Theme Vision, i type email and ID but i see always “Invalid email or order id. Please correct details and try again”..
what is wrong? I’m sure of my email and id #. There are no blank spaces..

In another screen i read: “Agama Pro is now installed and ready to use! Get ready to build something beautiful. Please register your product to get automatic updates”..

I already sent emails to Jaroslav Svetlik for support and gave him a private account, but i didn’t receive any answer. Please let me know if you need more information.
