Make sure you exactly followed the installation and registration procedure:

Also, check twice the inserted data. (It’s a common mistake that the customers insert the empty space before the e-mail or the ID)
also the order ID needs to be inserted without the hashtag…If you are sure that is no the case, then It’s most likely your hosting provider is blocking your website from being registered via the theme.vision host…

I don’t need my hosting provider to enable PHP cURL , I did it by myself , but it doesn’t work.

I have 2 websites on the same adress , but with two different hosting providers :s . And I don’t know how separate them cause I can’t change the Username in the settings.
No , I don’t mean “multi-site” , I mean that I made a mistake and when I had to create my website , I had entered the same email adress and the same password for my 2 different websites. The first website was created few months ago.
