I would like to remove the top of my page that shows menu.
Any tip on how to do that?

    Header

Header -> Header general -> Header V1, V2 and V3 doesn’t give me the option.

Also, the site looks horrible on mobilephones. It doesn’t seem to adjust to what device people are using?

    Hello,NoMoor!

Sory for the delay! (weekend 🙂 )

    If I correctly understand you…

Actually, there is an option in customizer to turn off the Top Navigation (in Header V1 & V3)

    2. Can you post a link to the website so I take a closer look?

    Best Regards

    Hello, NoMoor!

    For the navigation,
I checked your site and found that you don’t have created menu,

    https://prnt.sc/gxyomq
so you need to create menu first.

To do that first, you need to go to: Dashboard->Apperance->Menu->New menu
    https://prnt.sc/gxypnb
    create, and save the menu

    next, go to Customizing->Menus->Menu Locations
And pick your new menu from the “Primary Menu” drop-box.

    https://prnt.sc/gxys0e

Don’t forget to save the changes.

    Then your menu should work.

About the mobile view…as I see you have a problem with the responsivity.
That easily can be a problem with some plugins you have installed.

To check if this is the case, try to temporary disable every plugin that you have activated, and re-enable it one by one until the problem happens again so you can exactly found the plugin what causes the issue.

If this solution didn’t work, send us your Admin user/pass in private reply (or make another temporary Admin user for us ), so we can take a closer look.

    Thank you!

    Best Regards

That removed the top, but I still have menu shown:
    Nav still there

I´ll start on the plugins now

    Hi,

Actually, this line showing the “home” inscription is a Breadcrumb.
If you want to remove it, on the front page, edit your front page, scroll to the bottom of the page, find the “Agama Page Options” meta-box, open the “Breadcrumb” tab, and disable the breadcrumb.

You need to edit your front page first.

Go to :Dashboard->Pages, next find the front page on the list of pages and open it (edit), then scroll down to the bottom of the page, and Agama Page Options should be there.

    Hi,

We checked your site and founded that you have
Disabled responsive content elements on WPBakery Page Builder Settings. This caused the whole issue with the page responsivity.
so we unchecked that option and now seems to everything works properly.
