search bar returning strange results

I tested the search bar that I placed on my website and it’s returning strange results. For example, when searching for a page that I know exists on the website (I input the page name in the search bar, I got the following result, which doesn’t make any sense. Nothing in the list of results links to anywhere on my site. Help please! Thank you. Screenshot below:

Hello Ann,

The search is working with posts not pages so offcourse your page will not be shown in the results.

is there a way to make it work with pages? the website I built is 35 pages and only 1 post.

I finally finished my staging site and took it live, and I find that the search bar still is not working correctly. It will return posts or pages or galleries, but nothing is clickable. So in other words the user sees some dates & items posted on those dates but cannot click through to those pages or posts. How to fix? Thank you.
