Search bars

Hi Jerry!

How can I remove (or disable) all search bars from pages in Agama Pro?
I am not using search widgets. I have a specially annoying sb in homepage referenced as “div.search-table” in code inspector.

Hello Guillermo,

Try next, go to: Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Header General -> Search and switch it to “Off”.

Ok i see, you need to set a static front page to hide the search bar.

Thank you Jerry. Could I eliminate those bars altering some php file(s)? I never will require searching functionality.

Try with next file:
wp-content/themes/agama-pro/404.php

Are you sure? The template 404.php serves for displaying 404 pages (Not Found).
I wish to remove or deactivate homepage searchbar. And sincerely cannot do it.

Well, finally i can do it installing the “Disable Search” plugin.
