I already did it for you, by adding the following code into Customizing->General->Extra-…Custom jQuery Footer:

jQuery("#agama-mini-cart").mouseover(function(){
  jQuery("#agama-mini-cart").addClass( "agama-cart-open" );
});
jQuery("#agama-mini-cart").mouseout(function(){
  jQuery("#agama-mini-cart").removeClass( "agama-cart-open" );
});
