Hello Jerry,
I have been searched in the forum, but did not find an answer. Is there an opportunity to change the coulor of the webside titel / header? I mean “Sugar-Sweet.de”.

Yes you can do that by going to:
Appearance -> Customize -> Styling -> Logo -> Logo Color
