Hi,
Can you tell me where I can go in to update my “signup – subscribe section”? Currently, on the homepage its located on the sidebar. But I can’t seem to figure out where to update this via wordpress.

From what I can see, you are using a “Jetpack” plugin to insert the subscription form…
There are much better subscription plugins specially created for that purpose.
Why do not you try one of the following:
