This just started a few days ago. When I view my site through Word Press, it looks normal. I was told there are not any errors on my site that I should check with support of my theme. https://handadmm.com

Menu shown in a list form

    Thanks for any help!

    Hello, Gena!

Can you post us your Admin user/pass in private reply? ,(or make a temporary Admin user for us) so we can check directly on your site what’s going on.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards

    Hello, Gena!

I did a lot of things on your website …

First updated your Agama-pro theme and plugins to the latest version and then installed and configured the Agama-pro child theme with some tweaks you had in the older version of the theme
On the end, I find that the problem is actually some of the plugins you have activated
So I need some extra time to investigate.
and there were a few small things that were not finished and I thought I would do it tomorrow.

    Thank you for the understanding.

    Best Regards

    Hello Gena,

There is one more thing … I got the error when tried to register the theme.

Everything is fine on our side…

    Check the screen:

I suggest you show above image to your hosting provider and let it know you cannot register your WP theme.

    Our server IP is: 173.212.236.250

    Hello Gena,

I have noticed that the issues you have with your website is due to your server which have a “sitespeed-js” module enabled and this is causing some of jQuery errors and strange behaviour of theme itself.

You need to contact your hosting provider to disable “sitespeed-js” module or you can send us your server login details so we can configure it for you.

Once you have any news you can contact us back.

    Best Regards

I sent the screen shot of the WP theme registration issue to the hosting support.

I disabled a site speed module that was through my hosting company.

    How does it look now?

    Thanks,
    Gena

    Hello, Gena!

I checked your site, and I can confirm that after you disable the site speed module, there are no more jQuery errors and everything works normally (except registration).

    thank you for your cooperation.

Let me know when you receive an answer from the hosting support.

    Thanks.

Hosting has fixed the registration issue. Is everything else good? I would like to change the size of the menu headers because they are too small. Will this mess anything up?

    Thanks,
    Gena
