Styling – header – Background Image position – not all dropdown visible

the dropdown menu is not complete visible in the Styling-Header-Background image position, I only can see the first two options. It does not work to scroll down.

Would be fine to get some help from you.

You can use next application: https://prnt.sc/

Download it and install, after that press print screen key on your keyboard and select area you want show me, after that just click on image upload button and post link here on forums.

See the red arrow. It’s not possible to make a screenshot with the open drop down menu, because it closed, if you click on the print screen key.

Problem is, you cannot see the complete drop down menu, only the first two options.

the Agama Pro Version is 1.3.5.10 Januar 24 2017.

The latest theme version is 1.3.5.20.

If you are using Child theme, switch back to Agama Pro and go to updates page & update theme to latest version, after that switch back to Agama Child theme.

I have no knowledge how to use the Child theme, because I am a beginner. That’s why I am using Agama Pro. How can I update the Agama Pro? Sorry for asking such a stupid question.

Yes the 1.3.6 update will be probably released tomorrow since i’m still working on it..o too many changes were implemented.

Yes you will be able to update it by yourself from admin dashboard with 1 click 🙂

The update itself should not make a big impact on your customizations.

I’ve updated the theme, but problem is still there. But with the arrow key it is working, but not with mouse or touch pad.

P. S. I have seen the update has translate the customizer in German, that’s nice. Is there still an opportunity/option to switch from german to english version?

The translation changes once you switch your website language from Settings -> General.

If you switch to German Agama Pro will use German translation file, if you switch back to English the Agama Pro will use English translation file.
