The customize function give an error

Hello,
After the migrating from Agama to Agama Pro it is not posible to customice in the customizer menu.
This function give me a “HTTP 500 error” screen!

When I want to customize from the themes page I get a white screen.

We had to increase a memory limit for website since Agama Pro have too much features in Customizer, so we added next code into wp-config.php:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M')
