I´ve followed every tutorial, tried as many videos as I could find and still the page looks ridiculous published. Also, I paid for 6 months worth of premium support – I did expect to be able to talk to a supporter and not just have access to a forum. That is just so frustrating.

    Hello, Ida!

Thank you for using our product!
    I’m sorry for your disappointment.

Unfortunately, we only support through a support forum, which is clearly indicated on our site.

We are available to assist you if you have any problems with the operation of our theme.
Our theme is designed to be a universal purpose so you can make it the design you want.

There are many options in Customizer that help you modify your theme. I also suggest that you install and activate the “Elementor” Page builder plugin by which you can create content for your pages.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi again

I deleted all pages in the bacend, which seems to have solved the problem. However, I am confused about the editing. I can edit the site in WordPress, Elementor and Agama itself. But the three types of editing seem to “confuse” eachother. I think that´s how my problems started, maybe? Or am I wrong about this?

    Hi,

    Yes, that’s possible 🙂

But more choices can also be helpful.

The only limitation you have is that you have to use one page builder per page.

Thank you – itøs still very confusing to use, but I also realised that parts of the problem have to do with a content error in Elementor. I have found an html code to add to the template, but I´m not sure how to do it in practice?

    Hi, Ida!

Are you sure the “Elementor” causes the problem?

What exactly the problem do you have?
Can you give me a screenshot of the message you received?

Also, if you want to modify theme core files, I suggest you use a parent theme instead of an Agama-Pro theme.

The problem and error message looks like described here: https://powerpackelements.com/elementor-errors-fixes-troubleshooting/

I just purchased the Agama Pro theme, so naturally, I would like to stick with it 🙂

    Hi,

That is weird since we regularly using the Elementor Page builder without any issues.

Try to change the page template to “Elementor Full Width” from the “Page Attributes”drop-down list.

What version of the Elementor Page builder do you using?
