Theme problems with Thrive Leads and Responsiveness

I am using the Agama Pro Theme and I have had problems with the responsiveness of my website. I have already opened a ticket with Thrive Leads and they told me there is a problem with my theme:

When opening my website on a mobile device, at first the responsive design is loaded but when the Thrive Leads elements are added it switches to desktop design and therefore looks unprofessional and is almost unreadable on a mobile device.

I included an example post, where this happens (but it happens on all blog post sites)

I have sent this support request via E-Mail but haven’t received any response. This is really bad service for a paid product!
