Please Help ASAP!
I had a notice that my theme needed an update so I clicked to update and now my parent theme is gone and I can not upload it. It is Cumberlandcbd.com

Update: I restored from an earlier backup but I am terrified to update. I thought I lost hours of adding in products but thankfully had a more recent backup. If I could please have help with update. Thank you so much!

I am not sure why but now it is not showing my theme needs an update

Your Parent theme was there. The child theme cannot work without the parent theme.
