Translation of the website

Hello,
I’d like to know how to create an English version of my website, linked by the main menu on front-page.
How can I do this?
I’d like to translate every single page by myself: do I have to re-create every of them?

I had also activate the Polylang plugin: is it suitable for your theme? Does it work with the ‘.com’? How do I have to set it?

Hello!
I have a problem: I had activated the plug and set the english in dashboard/language but:
I don’t have my pages on my IT dashboard
I have my pages on the english dashboard (but they are in Italian)
I haven’t my menu on my site anymore
