unable to disable top navigation on mobile

Im not sure if there is a bug or if I broke something.
When I disable the top navigation menu (header style v3) it still is visible in the mobile menu…

The top menu in header V3 is independent from mobile menu.
We will include option for disabling top menu from mobile menu in next update.
