    I had created their new site: http://dangelmayer.com/newsite/ using the free version of Agama Blue. Client wanted to upgrade the sliders to add more, so I upgraded to the pro version and their site is trashed. obviously, the pro does not migrate from the free as I excepted. Database entries of values now messed up both versions. I need help fixing this. Thanks.

    Two errors arose when I tried installing and then activating necessary or recommended plugins for Agama:

    1. Vision Core: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/username/public_html/newsite/wp-content/plugins/vision-core/includes/classes/class-vision-walker-nav-menu-edit.php on line 561, and errors at 1121-1125, and 1177-1185. I had to comment out those lines in order for the site to work again.

    2. Layer Slider: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/username/public_html/newsite/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/classes/class.ls.popups.php on line 173

    I deleted them and re-installed them several times, activation still errored out.

    I also get this every time I try to view the Agama Pro theme: Warning, Unresponsive script: A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

    Script: http://dangelmayer.com/newsite…lists,postbox,nav-menu&ver=4.8:4

    Another issue, I can’t register this theme from my admin area: I get this message under “Theme Vision”, “Product Registration”: Not installed product from theme-vision.com website.

    I downloaded the Agama-pro from your website. Please note I am using the child theme Agama Blue.

    I had changed the theme folder from agama-pro to agama to make agama blue work, but that seems to be problematic. I temporarily changed it back to agama-pro in order to register it. Agama Blue will not work because it wants the free version of agama to be available or running. I swapped out the agama (free) for the agama (pro) version file name under themes in order to make agama blue work, but because “agama” and “agama-pro” are different in many ways, this has lead to many headaches.

    How can I make Agama Blue work with the pro version of Agama?

    I updated the required plugin, vision core from 1.0.8 to 1.0.9, for Agama Pro and again still got the following errors (same as in 1.0.8):

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/username/public_html/newsite/wp-content/plugins/vision-core/includes/classes/class-vision-walker-nav-menu-edit.php on line 561

    I commented out that line (561) and then got this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/username/public_html/newsite/wp-content/plugins/vision-core/includes/classes/class-vision-walker-nav-menu-edit.php on line 1120

    I commented out the following lines (1120-1124) and then got this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ‘)’ in /home/username/public_html/newsite/wp-content/plugins/vision-core/includes/classes/class-vision-walker-nav-menu-edit.php on line 1178

    I commented out the following lines (1170-1186) and then finally WP would stop crashing because of the PHP errors.

    Essentially in the vision core file, class-vision-walker-nav-menu-edit.php, the static function _add_fields($new_fields, $item_output, $item, $depth, $args) has been disabled. How can this be fixed?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    How do I get rid of page titles site-wide?

    I used Customizing ▸ General ▸ Pages and turned off Page Titles, but all my pages still have titles.

    Right now I am patching the issue with CSS,

    div.vision-page-title-captions h1.bc-title {
    display:none;
    height:0;
    margin:0;
    padding:0;
    }

    but I’d like to have the theme work as it should.

    @webpaws,

    As i can notice from above posts you are playing with theme core files and that’s pretty much the issue of all a headaches you have with our theme.

    What we did that Agama Pro looks like Agama Blue ?
    Nothing special, we switched from Agama Blue theme to Agama Pro and configured it to match visually like Agama Blue theme, we did not modified any core files or something because that’s not a good approach to change theme visual appearance.

    You can configure everything if you know how-to do it, just open Appearance -> Customize or go to single page and use Visual Composer feature and start making progress.

    Please do not make one reply after another without waiting on our reply next time.

    Best Regards

    Hi Jerry,

    1st off, thank you and your team for “kind of” making the Agama Pro/Blue work on my website. I really appreciate it. However, I still have unanswered requests/issues/questions:

    1. Required core file: Core Vision, doesn’t work, see details at reply #5689
    2. Script crashing when customizing theme, see details at reply #5686
    3. Page titles not removed site-wide w/your theme customizing controls, see details of reply #5692
    4. Please let me know what you did specifically to migrate Agama Pro on my website? see reply #5686

    Thank you again for your time and help.

    Hello @webpaws,

    1) This sounds like incompatibility with some plugin you have installed.
    2) This sounds like incompatibility with some plugin you have installed.
