    Hello

    I cant see any new version download file in my account. Cant I download an update if I dont have active support package?

    Hello kirsii,

    If your support package expired you should be able to continue updating theme to the latest version so that’s shouldn’t be a problem.

    Thank you for the quick response. I cant find new version .zip file.
    I read the manual update installation guide –

    Downloading theme files
    Login to your Theme-Vision.com account and head over to your dashboard.
    Download the theme ZIP file from your downloads page.

    But I do not see any files to download at my dashboard.
    Where can I find the latest version .zip file?

    I do appreciate your help, but I can not update my live version right now. I have just installed child theme, and I have to make the changes first, or I will lose all of them. So I was planning to update the version after I have configured child theme.

    There is no automatic update pending. I registered my version when I first purchased it. At least I thought I did. Right know I cant find any Vision Core plugin to register again.
    I bought pro version at 03.10.2016, Invoice ID: WC-2556.

    Hello kirsii,

    Without theme registration and activation the vision core plugin, your automatic update can’t work.

    You can check the registration by going to:

    Dashboard->Theme Vision->Register Product
    if you see the message:”Congratulations! Your product is registered now.” your theme is registered.

    If you don’t registered the theme, please check the “Product Registration Guide ” link, and register the theme first.
    Then open the Plugins menu on your dashboard, find the “Vision Core” plugin and activate it.(Yes, it must be there)
    After that, check the update again.(Dashboard->Updates->Check Again)

    …or Give us your admin user/pass in private reply (or make a temporary admin login for us) and we will update the theme for you.

    P.S. If you use the Agama-Pro-Child, You need to switch to the Agama-pro theme first to check the registration and the update.

    Heloo! Thank you! I finally got the fresh update .zip file.
    But as I update via FTP, does this mean, that I have to remove previos agama theme before uploading new file? I can not update the old version?
    I have created a child theme, does this mean I have tot do all over again? All the customizing and crating a child theme?

    Hello kirsii!

    You just need to overwrite the Agama Pro folder.
    and that’s all. 🙂

    No need to delete, or deactivate the child theme.

    If you give us your FTP login information we can do it for you.
