Visual Composer Text Block – Setting don't work

Hi,
I wanted to report that the “text block setting menu” doesn’t work properly. I attach two screenshots the first of the menu as it should appear the second one as it appears to me.

First: Correct menu
Second: Wrong menu

Could you tell me how to solve the problem?

P.S.
I don’t know if the problem is limited only to this element, I have seen the problem only after seeing the Zex screenshoot in another post.

This is not a problem in the element, you only need to enable additional options.
