    Dear support,

We created a website with your theme. Since yesterday we put it in production and it responds very slow. It takes about 9sec to build each pages. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Hello, Tran!

I checked your website and found that this happens because of your Web hosting server speed.

    Hello Tran,

As you can notice from pingdom website the browser is waiting more than 9sec to get data from your server (yellow line).

All this is telling us that there must be some issues with your server since if Agama Pro theme would be a problem than there should be allot more threads about theme slowness but as you can notice that’s not case.

    Best Regards

    Thanks for your feedback.

We are also hosting a second WP Web site http://www.cosp.lu and the response time is about 1.64s for 1Mb page size. Our site responds after 9s for 1,3Mb page size. I installed a fresh WP with your theme on the same server and it’s fast to respond.

What does the code 301 Moved permanently really mean? The http://www.cosp.lu doesn’t have this problem. I checked everything and still can’t figure out the problem.

    Thanks

    Hello, Tran!

301 status code means that a page has permanently moved to a new location.
A 301 Moved Permanently response code indicates that the server believes that the requested resource is invalid and that the request should be redirected to a new, “proper” URL.

So It is a Server-side problem and you need to contact your server administrator, to check that.

You can learn more about it from the following links:
