Why I cannot register the Agama Pro product via Word Press?

Besides, it showed “forbidden” error when I try to update the theme

We have answered you via email.

Make sure you have installed and Activated the “Vision core” plugin. Without Vision Core plugin you cannot register your product.

Also without the registration, the update feature won’t work.

Thank you Zex. I have activated the plugin, but it needs to be updated. When I try to update from WP backend, it showed up “Internal Server Error”. Do you have any ideas on this?

Hi Zex,

I have updated the theme manually by download the file.
However, the plugin “Vision Core” still showing the error message “Internal Server Error” when I tried to update or re-install the plugin.

Besides, I am not sure if this issue also cause me cannot do the product registration.

Hello, Dailysoap House!

You probably have a problem with some of the active plugin incompatibility.

Basically, the first thing to try, is to deactivate All currently active plugins, if after that the Vision Core plugin can be activated without the error, live it active and activate the plugins one by one until the problem reoccurs so on that way you will find the problematic plugin (if any).

As I wrote in the previous post without the active “Vision Core” plugin isn’t possible to register the theme.
