Definitely not ! The bundled plugins comes without activation codes but they are working just normally without activation codes and all automatic updates are handled via theme-vision.com update library even if you will get message from bundled plugins that you need to activate them.

However if you will need to access to premium features in bundled plugins you will need to obtain a proper purchase code from plugin authors.
